Up first: As I said---I have failed. Not only at NOT blogging, but at losing weight. I was doing good. Working out, eating
So....I'm working on getting back on track. Sparkpeople is my friend. I need to log on--EVERYDAY and keep track of eating/working out. Oh, and YES, I have to work out. Tonight I did Yoga. I always love how I feel when I am done with yoga. Centered and even a little sore from stretching myself to the limit. I am going to add yoga into my workout plan.
My workout plan is this: Cardio 5-6 days per week. Strength: 3 days per week. Yoga: 2 days a week. Sound good?! Thought so.
