Friday Fail---I'm BAAAAAAAAACCCCCCKKKKKK!!!

Oh, my!  I have FAILED!  Big. time!  So when IS the last time that you heard from me?  I don't even know.  Sorry about that.

So, with that said.....I would LOVE to get back into blogging.  You know.  About important stuff---weight loss, decorating my home, kids driving me crazy doing adorable stuff.  That is, of course, if you will have me back--LOL!


Up first:  As I said---I have failed.  Not only at NOT blogging, but at losing weight.  I was doing good.  Working out, eating somewhat healthy.  Then, we went on vacation.  Really.  What is it about vacation that makes me think:  SURE, you can eat whatever you want!?!  Don't I realize that I will have to put on a bathing suit?!  UGHHHHH.

So....I'm working on getting back on track.  Sparkpeople is my friend.  I need to log on--EVERYDAY and keep track of eating/working out.  Oh, and YES, I have to work out.  Tonight I did Yoga.  I always love how I feel when I am done with yoga.  Centered and even a little sore from stretching myself to the limit.  I am going to add yoga into my workout plan.

My workout plan is this:  Cardio 5-6 days per week.  Strength: 3 days per week. Yoga: 2 days a week.  Sound good?!  Thought so.


Here we go again!  :)  Looking forward to reconnecting with my bloggy friends and making some new ones along the way.  I plan to participate in some cool blog parties ('cuz, I want need to be part of the In-Crowd!), host some cool giveaways, and POST!!!
